The great Connor // Jackson Browne debate.

So, once upon a time, TKMommy and I were watching "Spin the Bottle", and TKMommy goes: "That boy looks like Jackson Browne."

And "Late For The Sky" went wha?	And Connor went huh?

'Cause of course, when I think Jackson Browne, I think:

this . . .	But TKMommy, naturally, thinks this . . .	Which possibly, maybe, *could* bear resemblance to this.

It's the hair!

But what about the rest? Look:

Connor sings . . .	Hey, whaddya know! Jackson Browne sings.	You see drawings of Connor on the covers of publications . . .	And drawings of young Jackson Browne on publications!

Connor's gonna shoot you!	And young!Browne would totally grapple hook your ass.	Connor packs heat.	Uh . . . Mr. Fountain Of Sorrow looks considerably more happy about packing heat.

They sit . . .	Or stand, I guess . . .	With skinny long lanky bodies that look like rags . . .	tied together with knots. And they wear emo clothes.

Or else they wear . . .	The exact same shirt!

That one may have been cheating a bit, because that was VK, not in Connor costume, but WHATEVER.

VK still makes me think of . . .	Young!Browne. But it still might just be the hair.	This is just here because it's hot.

I'm firmly of the belief that looking at too many pictures of VK will keel you ded.

Next week:

Connor lips vs. . . .	Snow White's lips.	While we figure out just how much Illyria . . .	Looks like this bug.

Yes. I did just spend way longer on that than I should've. But I wanna KNOW.

OK, so, discuss. VK and/or Connor vs. young Jackson Browne.

Jackson Browne is a singer most well known in the 60s and 70s. He's melodies are quite good, and he's got a decent voice etc, but what always gets me about him are his lyrics. Really fabulous. Click and go give a listen, if you're at all interested.

Jackson Browne is one of my favorite artists. EVER. My mom's too, but we share the love.

I don't think the jawline really does it. Connor's is a lot softer. But I hope this means VK will grow up to look like Jackson Browne because imo Jackson Browne still looks damn fine.

The first site I found had ALL these pictures--just google Jackson Browne, and it comes up. The trouble was that the pictures were in collages so I had to cut them out.

I had Warren Zevon lines spread out in a fic once: Giles talked about Lee Ho Fooks, Oz said something about werewolves of London, and Angel kept saying Connor's hair was perfect. I loved that.

Have you watched that show after Bones? Justice? Did you know their song for the credits is Zevon? It's "Lawyers Guns and Money". But they don't do the shit has hit the fan part. I get a happy whenever I hear it. And it's *really* fitting for the show. It's not actually a bad show, either.
