My favourite scene was tea with Pepper, because -- I don't really understand how, because I'm not up on my canon, but I couldn't shake the feeling that Bruce was paradoxically both entirely right and entirely wrong about her. Neat trick. I love his POV, it's so slippery.
I love how hard and slow everything is for them. Their public/professional lives are so much about speed and power and skill -- physical prowess or split-second decision-making or problem-solving -- that their awful, awkward, pushing-an-elephant-up-a-hill non-skill at life and pleasure and finding family in each other is so right and frustrating and touching, all at the same time.
