Ohhhh, this is amazing and I want Victorian werewolves. I'm not sure I have profound thoughts about how N&S would mash up w/ teen wolf (partly because, as you say, class coding in TW is kind of a mess) but I think this is worth digging into!
(Not really the right era at all, and no werewolves, but on the issue of vampires and class, have you read The New Deadwardians? It's got a rather brilliant premise where the British upper classes decided to make themselves vampires in order to save England from the zombies, but in doing so they had to give up their emotions, and then the question is, when the British upper classes have to give up their emotions, does anyone notice? Also features an art forger who uses the pseudonym Pretendleby, which is wroth a rec in itself.
