I actually liked Rohm a lot better in this than in Law and Order. But yeah, she needed more charisma than she had, especially if we were supposed to find the character appealing once she started hating on Angel. I mean, I understood where she was coming from, and felt like I could've sympathized more, had the actress played the part better.
