Yeah, Spike always smells like smoke, leather, and whiskey, but most of the people I know who smoke cigarettes just smell like cigarettes. It's a pretty over-powering odor.

And yeah, that's one of the (many) things I love about Connor. There's so much that's fucked up about him, and so much that's just...normal.

I'm glad you found this interesting--and I'm really intrigued by what you say about the "different perspectives" endings. I hadn't thought about it in terms of BtVS or AtS endings, but definitely had in terms of ship endings, non-ship, and everything endings.
