Oh, wow, I'm pleased and very flattered you liked it. I was definitely going for a ...descending spiral kind of feeling. I wanted to keep up the simplicity and immediacy of the everyday through each scenario, actually, but I had a little trouble not getting lost in the quagmire of my own concepts at times, and I think the piece suffered a little for it. But I'm glad the grander, bolder, etc worked for you--I definitely wanted some aspects of that.
