Thank you! I've never posted any Angel and Spike interacting stuff, so I'm glad you think I got them.
And thanks for pointing out the confusing sentence! I changed it to:
"Angel had known they couldn’t stay the Hyperion, but he hadn’t meant to be the one to move them."
The point of this fic is that Angel's been acting the leader, because the way he is, I think that's what he does, but in the beginning his heart wasn't in it, he wasn't behind it as an idea. So he plans out how to move everyone, but up until the very last moment, he isn't expecting them to actually *follow* him.
And isn't Hornblower super awesome? The things is, I'm totally gah gah for romance, even--especially in stories that are centered around what I consider to be more important things (like in Buffy, saving the world). Most things that don't have a pairing for me to root for, I get bored. You could do slash with Hornblower, but there's no active romance on the screen, and I'm surprised at myself that I'm so utterly in love with it. It's the dynamic between Pellew and Hornblower. He loves Horatio like a son, awwwwww!
And there will be more! At least one more story, but I have like, ideas for 20 in my head! And I'm going to stop babbling now, but can you tell, I'm excited! Thank you! As always!
