Thank you so much! I'm always so pleased when a non-B/A fan likes this story. I feel like I'm doing something right. It's a shippy fic, but it's meant to be about Buffy and Angel as people, not about them having lots of sex and getting married, you know? And I'm so pleased that you feel that's what it's doing--it's hard to make something so AU feel canon! You may have to sit tight for a while for the next chapters...They're with my beta and she's exceedingly busy. But there'll be more Buffyverse characters, backstory, and yes, plot! in the future, so I hope you stick with it.
