Oh, gah! I'm kind of a vid fiend, but I'm working from my new comp. Which doesn't have any vids on it, or any of my bookmarks. I'll do what I can, though.
Nightmare Drusilla (can't remember the addy for this. Should be Google-able) There isn't a vid on this site that isn't worth watching once, I think (and there are a lot). The essential vid would have to be Hope, to the Our Lady Peace song of the same name (basically Buffy as seen by Spike, this was what as running through my head when I started writing my post-NFA story). There's also Trio, to the Nobodies by Marilyn Manson (about the nerd trio, of course).
Catatonic Schitzophrenia (http://www.btvsvids.com/index.html) Possibly the first site I ever DL'd vids from. Not many, but what's there is generally good. Her vid of Take This Waltz by Leonard Cohen is my definitive Spike/Dru glory days vid. And much as I tend to avoid Natalie Merchant on principle, Effigy is an excellent, short, Illyria vid.
Wolfpup Serenade (www.wolfpupserenade.com) Red Oyster Cult, Guster song, Willow vid. Do you watch Farscape? If so, Moving Right Along (Muppets, John/D'argo friendship) and Rain Dogs (Tom Waits, general first season coolness) are great. Actually, Rain Dogs is probably great even with out knowing the series.
http://www.buffyvids.com/ is the Buffyverse Music Video Database, where you can chew up large chunks of both time and hard drive very, very easily. A largish portion of all (Buffyverse) vids made end up there. This is where you can probably find most of the following (because I can't remember where I got them):
Karaoke Soul by Tom McRae, Damage episodic, Dana-centric. Amazing. Counting Bodies by Perfect Circle, Connor-focused, emphasis on Darla and Angel. Very well known vid, I'm certain others have/will rec it.

Grr. There are a bunch more I could rec, but when I try to think of them they run away from my brain. I give up, at least until morning. If you want, I could come up with more then. (Just watch, I'll wake up at 2am to get a glass of water and yell "D'oh!" because I made a glaring omission)
