No. We met and all I can say is major personality clash. I think he's a dick. Mind you - One of my friends has his phone number and an invitation to stay and things he's the bees knees so I don't think he's a bad person - just not my kind of people. Wow, that's interesting! I meant, did you like him as Lorne, but it's always weird to find out when an actor is actually distasteful as a person, too.
Ted --That's one I've gained a lot of respect for, too.
Alien Resurrection. --I never liked it that much, but I actually like it *more* now when I read or heard somewhere Whedon say that it was seminal for Buffy--what with the coming-back-to-life issues. Anyway, I just watched "Fredless", where Mr. Burkle is talking about the Aliens movies, and about how he fell asleep in the last one. At least Whedon has a sense of humor about it!
Does it count if fanfic increased your TV Love? Sure!
I liked it. Of course it was out of Pre-Conner Character. But he was a Dad now! Like that's not going to change who he is. Anyway - who's to say that when he was a young man and had an infant baby sister he wasn't as dorky. That's how I felt about it. It was a part of his character we never got to see. And then when he vamped out--he looked so vulnerable, and then Connor shut up and looked at him, and Angel just looked so happy. I love that.
