It's the one where Angel wants to make money to, I don't know, start a college fund for baby!Connor, or something (his motivation for becoming a money-grubbing whore man I don't know are never clear), and Cordelia has to remind him they're about doing good and the mission, not about money.
I love season 3 of Angel. I can never decide which season of Angel I love the best (the only thing I know is it isn't S1), but whenever I consider the mauling of Cordelia's character, dork!Angel, and the very badly handled C/A, I come back to the theme of family and loyalty that Holtz and Justine and Wesley and Connor are all about, that scene with Angel in the rain holding Connor, Darla loving her child and not knowing why, Angel loving his child and not knowing why, the roles we're forced to play and the destinies we try to escape, betrayal sacrifice love andohmygodIloveitsomuch.
