We learn Spike's name as "William the Bloody" in the first ep he's introduced as, so I don't think his real name is an issue. And we learn Angel's really early on his career, too - I'm not sure I've ever seen any fics where either of them are *named* differently. But I've seen a lot Spike has, um, a rougher past.
LOTS of people-from-LJ call me swmbo in rl. It kinda freaks me out if they *do* call me by my real name. It freaks them out usually, too. We try not to go there. I've been known to have to check myself so I don't call myself swmbo instead of real name in rl, including at work. It's dangerous. Also, swmkit sometimes gets called swmkit in rl as well. But he also gets called lots of other names, so he's ok with it.
Decaf coffee has a SMALL amount of caffeine in it! BUT!! The stuff used to draw the majority of caffeine out of it is CHEMICALS and NOT HEALTHY and decaf is OFFICIALLY more evil than Angelus!!
