Oh, it's supposed to be sad, so that's good! I mean, it's going to end happy if I do more, and it's supposed to be funny and kinda fun, but yeah, there's so much hopelessness. The awareness that they are dead is really what I was going for--they are the ONLY creatures like them in the world, caught in limbo, and they are all alone.
