I can see what you mean. That's not the way I look at it, but I'm fascinated by your viewpoint.

What seems strange to me is that I saw some meta takes on NFA with the same general idea (as in the author had the same 'Yessss! Let's go to work, rowr!' reaction to NFA that I had), but all NFA fanfiction I see is loads of angst, woe-is-me and local world end in LA. *sigh*

She doesn't see herself as human or as ever being human or ever wanting to be human
