I feel like I understand *why* they skirted the fiction issue. There's a very definite side of an indefinite fence where certain kinds of people writing certain kinds of things for certain audiences is just WRONG (pedophiles on the net, for instance). But that's their perogative, and mine to leave whenever I feel my personal rights as a human being are being infringed upon.

A person's first "mistake" (this is LJ's first real mistake for me) I would just say let's shake and forget about it. But as you point out this is a business and we have to deal with each other in terms of exchange. So I'm definitely going to withhold certain things, and continue to speak out. Hopefully others will too and that will prevent this from happening in the future.
