Okay, I have now read all of this, and I have to say... wow. These scenarios are really well thought out. I can't believe how detailed and extensive they are! I really like the one about Draco taking a love potion and ending up loving Hermione.
Did you write all of these? Or were you just showing the world your ideas and going, these should be written? If so, I totally understand that, because often I think I have these amazingly brilliant ideas, but when I write them they sound crappy. Did you post some of these prompts to hd_inspired? OH, tangent- do you know how I can submit a prompt to that community? I should probably read their rules or something.
