A little while ago alleynyc pointed out that a lot of my details about NYC in chapter 1-3 were screwy in this fic. She did a lot of research, came up with several great ideas, and had me rolling on the floor with some of her suggestions. I've revised chapters 1-3 using the information and suggestions she was so kind as to provide for me, which led to some extremely minor changes in 3-6.

However, these changes will not be affecting the plot in any way, and if you don't feel like re-reading, you won't miss out on anything but better writing, Betty Boop, and a couple funny details (which really are the property of alleynyc). So, if you don't feel like ploughing through all this again, don't trouble yourself. However, if you do, I'm honored, and please please please tell me whether you think there's anything else that needs fixing. Once again, great big thanks to alleynyc.

Hi! I read this story on ff.net the other day and really liked it. You mentioned you'd be posting updates here, so I thought I'd stop by and tell you how much I liked your fic. I don't know New York too well, so the changes are interesting but don't really affect me, but I love your characterization here, and how carefully thought out the AU seems to be. Nicely done.
