Best of both kinda waters, if you ask me. That sounds just lovely!! I worked for a summer at a Canadian provincial park on the shore of Lake Superior which is a lake I love but sooooo damn cold to swim in (although I've actually skinny dipped in it - I know! craziness!). So we'd always go the nearby smaller lakes and waterfalls/rivers to swim in. So, yes I agree. :)

I think it's hard to keep the characters in character, which makes me wonder--why not just leave them witches and vampires and werewolves, as they are? I'm basically with you on that, which is why I didn't read AUs for years and years. Some of my favourite authors have written human AUs that are very in character (or as close as human AU can get) and I couldn't get enough of those stories! I've never written human AU myself, but mostly because I'm currently into writing canon-based fic set during the series. I'm excited about your totally cracktastic idea - it sounds awesome!!! And sometimes you just have to give into the crack!

I'm so delighted to hear that you loved the drabbles! Thanks so much, that's lovely to hear!! Yay! And I really enjoyed writing those drabbles so will hopefully write more Angel & Connor stuff in the future!!

Whenever I try to sit down and think of the person I think she'd be good with, I come up with a list of character traits, and those traits are Xander's, and then I realize the person was Xander all along. *sniff*
I'm all sniffly now!! Xander is the perfect person for Cordy. *sighs wistfully*
