TJ played Lawyer #1 in the first ep of season 5 (He's the lawyer that comes up to Angel in the alley and asks him if he wants his car or a latte), then in Life of The Party (bitching to lorne about how dull the shindig is), and very, very briefly, at the beginning of You're Welcome when Cordy gets off the elevator inthe W&H lobby.

He's sweetcheeked (uh, okay, beardless) in these eps, so that's why you prolly didn't catch him.
