I'm thrilled about the idea, actually. I love issues dealing with mind control, and I trust Whedon to deal with it in interesting and (mostly) careful ways. I love what he did with River in Firefly, even if he didn't get to spool it out to its full potential. And I love stories about people/machines moving beyond personality/programming. So really, I'm all over this. Plus, I love Dushku and Acker. I'm really very willing to give this a chance, but right now I love the idea far more than the execution.
