Thanks for all your answers! I wonder why the seed accounts are so limited, and only going the once. I mean, I assume it will be sort of like LJ where eventually if you pay attention and pay a lot you can get a permanent account, but it's really rare and a lot of trouble. But if people are willing to pay that money and take that effort, seems like more people will be willing to do it more often, you know?

I just hate having to renew payments on things. I'd rather give just one big chunk than to have to keep coming back. I do it with my bills and insurance and stuff too--the amount that covers the longest amount of time is the one I choose.
