Just a turn of phrase that to me means, William Shatner had turned into kind of a joke, but with Boston Legal and sheer personality and 'Priceline Negotiator' and everything else he's done, he's more than 'that guy who played Captain Kirk' -- he's WILLAM FUCKIN' SHATNER!!! Stand back and be in awe!
