"I resent that! Or possibly thank you."

Shpadoinkle - you have the most stellar skills of html I've ever seen - have you considered becoming an [livejournal.com profile] su_herald editor? Hah!

And you quote Xander! And Willow! And Giles! Those were the best tags, ever.

I'm always so very close to telling you that you're a joy and then thinking....cheesy! But you are. I mean, count the ways - you're my Joy shaped friend.

One day I will write B/A for you. Or try. I always intended to be a canon B/A writer, but well, I got distracted and moved to New York and tried to fulfill that Broadway dream. It was tough sledding, but one day I'm working in the chorus when the big star twisted her ankle...okay, seriously I got distracted by vampire/boy smut. It's a slippery slope! (All that lube.) Thanks, darlin' - this was glorious.

Hee! I actually have considered asking to be an editor. And then I've slapped myself and demanded, "what are you nuts?" in a threatening tone.

I wanted to quote only Xander, because you are my Xander-shaped friend. Or uh, you're not, really, you have a very womanly shape. I just was thinking you think like Xander, and hey! Maybe your both Xander! Stoney seems to think so. But anyway Xander never complimented himself on his intelligence so I had to use Giles.

Do you know how much I would love you if you wrote B/A? No more than I do already. But! I would be really happy and possibly lavish compliments and fb and recs all over you. I watched Suprise/Innocence today. I kept thinking about you because it was so birthday-y! But sad. Omg. It still breaks me up, Buffy crying on her bed. And how hawt that Suprise kissing scene is. I don't remember how I got on this subject.

You bring me joy too, except of the non-Joy shaped variety. (((hugs)))

Omg. It still breaks me up, Buffy crying on her bed. And how hawt that Suprise kissing scene is. Oh, man yeah. And I'm always impressed with how hot Joss/Production Assistant's moans are in "Innocence." *g*

Seriously, Buffy just wanting the candle to burn always breaks me up.

Those are not SMG,DB moans? Oh, my world is shattered. I mean, I've thought a lot about those moans. In order to cover the auditory sense of what B/A sex would be like. For fic! For fic.

I'm too busy hating Joyce at the candle part to really be sad. She's such a fucking bitca. Couldn't even celebrate her girl's bday ON her bday? Ugh.

Heee! The moans thing is on the commentary for that ep, I think, or one of Joss' many season 2 commentaries. He was too embarrassed to ask DB and SMG to do the moaning, so he wrangled some chick into faking them with them. I think Joss just wanted to be Angel for a moment, but that could be me projecting. *g*

Noooo! Joyce love! I always put that down to Buffy being trapped in the sewers and then Angel's bed so Joyce couldn't be there to throw confetti. Of course she wasn't at the surprise party, but that would have spoiled the big reveal in "Becoming" with the whole "Have you tried not being a Slayer?" Poor Joyce, keeping in the dark about the Slayer thing really made her come off as an invisible, Charlie Brown "wah-wah-wah" kind of an adult...

Oh really! Huh. I haven't watched most the commentaries yet.

Oh, sorry. I'm a real Joyce basher. So I won't mention that she came off to me as HIGHLY visible and said, "I don't deserve a daughter like Buffy" more often than "wah-wah-wah".
