It's A/S, both A and S are recovering addicts. To me, this was like a story about two original characters, but parts of it were hot.

I've always thought most AUs were basically original characters, but hey. The only AU I could really get into was Angel/Xander, and I think that was because it resembled a harlequin romance novel quite a lot... *NoLife*

This is like a harlequin romance without all the trim. That is, pretense at plot and pesky taboos don't get in the way. I enjoyed reading it.
