I think that was mine heh. If it's a cap of Angel looking down, then it's mine ;).

I ran the community balovenest with my partner in crime blueyedangld21 we stopped doing challenges (although we're looking to revamp it) because people had a hard time, they found it quite hard, when all I can see is sexual tension and potential sexual situations between Buffy and Angel. You could cut it with a knife!

But you can stop by there and take a look at all the icons, there's a few weeks worth of challenge icons there.

I think the cap/icon you're looking for are something like these, although I've made a bunch of icons using that cap. I believe southernbangel still uses an old one I made of that says "Smokin'" across it, if that's what you're talking about. Oh, found it...
